Execution Lead — Climate & Coastal Infrastructure
I work with teams that are technically strong but operationally exposed: startups moving from prototype to deployment, organizations that have lost their execution lead, and programs where the gap between the plan and the field reality has become a crisis. I own the execution layer until you're ready to take over - or until the project is operational.
THE REALITY
Most climate and infrastructure projects stall between funding and delivery. Not because the ideas are wrong, but because permitting complexity, logistics, cost discipline, contractor coordination, and regulatory issues are underestimated or unmanaged. This is the gap I work in.
WHAT I DO
Take control of stalled or at-risk projects
Structure execution from wherever the project is: planning, permitting, or mid-construction
Drive multi-agency permitting processes: coordinating the specialists, sequencing the work, holding the timeline
Manage execution across technical, regulatory, and operational streams simultaneously
Align contractors, agencies, and project owners around a single, coordinated timeline
Drive projects through to completion
I don't drop in for a morning wearing a visitor's hard hat and deliver a deck a week later. I stay until it's built.
